Mysterious CDS Mode - Optimization of data collection parameters on ETH Krios Titan 3

At the beginning of my presentation, I will briefly introduce the Gatan K3 camera. I will then focus on the publication by Sun et al, (JSB 213 (2021)) in which Gatan K3 camera performance was experimentally evaluated as a function of dose rate, magnification and CDS (correlated-double sampling) mode using the standard sample, apoferritin. In the third part of my talk, I will present the results obtained with and without the CDS mode.
